OIST scholarships Japan 2023

There are a number of scholarships available in Japan for international students, as the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) has issued a call for applications to apply for their 2023 Japan scholarship for the Winter Semester of 2022. If you want to be considered for the next round of admissions, you must have completed either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree program.

As a result of the strong competitive nature of the OIST School of Graduate program, we are announcing that we are accepting full-time students into a range of departments despite the fact that there are only a few scholarship spots available. Foreign Nationals are eligible irrespective of their gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, mental or physical disabilities, medical conditions, race, ethnicity, ancestry, culture, nationality, religion, or marital status as long as the Eligibility Criteria are met.

Applicants will be able to obtain a scholarship that covers their full tuition fees, living expenses, and other expenses in order to be able to pursue their postgraduate course at the University without having to seek outside funding. Based on the nation where the research area is located and the educational background of the candidates, it is expected that they will have a maximum of five years in which to complete their course.
