It is important to note that this scholarship can only be awarded to masters students who are applying to the University for a master’s degree. Applicants are eligible to take courses offered by the University in the following faculties: Arts Faculty, Law Faculty, Medical Sciences Faculty, Nijmegen School of Management Faculty, Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies Faculty, Social Sciences Faculty and Science Faculty.

It is true that Radboud University offers both English-taught and Dutch-taught degree programs, but this particular scholarship can only be obtained through the English-taught Master’s programme at Radboud University. To be eligible for a Radboud university scholarship in Netherlands 2023, the applicant must be highly motivated and must be outstanding in their academic performance in order to be considered.

Eligibility criteria for Radboud University Scholarship in Netherlands 2023

The following criteria must be met by applicants in order to be eligible for Radboud University Scholarships for international students in 2023, as outlined below;

  • There must be an international student residing outside the EU/EEA Region who does not hold a passport from an EU/EEA country.
  • The applicant must have completed their bachelor’s degree outside of the Netherlands in order to apply
  • In order to be eligible to pursue a Master’s degree, students must provide proof of English language proficiency for the Master’s programme of their choice or for the specific program as determined by the department.
  • Letters of unconditional admission must have been offered to applicants prior to 1 September 2023, as specified in the formal admission letter
  • Scholarships are only available to applicants seeking a full-time Masters program at Radboud University.
  • Obtaining a visa to study in the Netherlands requires compliance with all obligations.

Scholarship Duration

As a recipient of a scholarship, your master’s degree will cover the entire duration of study at Radboud University Netherlands. Applicants are required to pass all of the courses in the first year of the programme in order to be eligible for a scholarship in the second year.
