About the Future Leaders Program 2026 in Hungary:
The Future Leaders Program aims to develop the next generation of foreign policy professionals, diplomats, researchers, and international affairs experts. Participants will become actively involved in the work of HIIA while deepening their understanding of international relations and Hungarian foreign policy.
During the fellowship, participants will conduct research under expert supervision and collaborate with research groups working on regional and thematic policy issues. Fellows will also participate in professional training sessions, leadership workshops, public speaking exercises, media training, and networking opportunities with experts and policymakers.
